An interactive marketing tool to provide agents with a powerful tool to showcase the Porto Montenegro vision to prospective buyers. The marketing tool is designed both to be displayed on a bespoke large display remote controlled computer, for stunning hires images and videos, that can be transported from site to site with ease. Or on any agent's laptop for convenience.
This project was done in Actionscript 3.0 AIR 1.5. Two versions were made available to the client one with high resolution assets intended to be used on a 27" display, and another with much lower resolution assets intended to be used on a laptop. Both versions auto-update with new images, videos, floor-plans etc. as they become available, ensuring that all agents have the latest information for their presentations.
